Women's Health

Women's health physio focuses on conditions related to the pelvic region, including the pelvic floor muscles, hips, and lower back. Whether you're experiencing pregnancy-related discomfort, menopause symptoms, or issues such as pelvic pain or incontinence, our team is here to help. Using tailored treatment plans, we aim to reduce pain, improve function, and support your overall wellbeing. Our experienced physiotherapists provide compassionate, personalised care to help you feel your best at every stage of life.

Menopause Health

Women’s health, particularly menopause, is increasingly recognised in physiotherapy. With hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause, women often experience symptoms like joint pain, muscle stiffness, and pelvic floor dysfunction. Physiotherapy offers tailored treatments that can help manage these issues, improving quality of life through exercises, manual therapy, and relaxation techniques.

Our women’s health specialist, Allison Swan, has seen these advancements firsthand in recent years, providing women with support and individualised care to ease the transition through menopause.
