Hands

The hand is one of the most complex parts of the body, relying on the precise interaction of tendons, bones, tissues, and nerves to perform intricate movements.

We use specialised techniques including manual therapy, wound care, splinting, and tailored exercise rehabilitation to restore hand function after surgery and injury, as well as support with managing chronic conditions.

Whether you're dealing with acute trauma or long-term discomfort, our goal is to provide effective care to get you back to the activities, sports and hobbies you enjoy.
