We’re Back!

As of Tuesday 21st July we are back at The Lansdowne Club. The Sports area remains closed until the 25th July so there will be no access to the gym and showers and no one on reception. When you arrive please take a seat outside the treatment rooms.

Patient Safety and Physiotherapist Safety Are Our Absolute Priorities

The current guidelines from the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) state that consultations should be virtual appointments wherever possible so all face to face appointment requests will be triaged to ensure that we only conduct face to face consultations when absolutely necessary.

Face to face appointments

We will provide the highest level of clinical safety possible for all face to face consultations, which includes:

• Full risk assessments have been carried out

• Patients will be temperature checked on admission

• Physios will wear medical grade personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Only one physio will work in our clinic at any one time

• A 15 minute gap between each appointment to allow for cleaning down between patients

• Enhanced cleaning protocols and infection control measures
