We are open for face to face and virtual appointments.
Although many restrictions have been lifted, at Physio Remedies your safety remains our priority. We will be continuing with our current COVID measures so you can still expect to see us in PPE as recommended by current guidelines from the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and Public Health England.
We respect the individual rights of our patients as to the wearing of face coverings, but we would encourage you to continue to wear them during treatments that involve close contact.
Face to face appointments
We will provide the highest level of clinical safety possible for all face to face consultations, which includes:
Full risk assessments have been carried out.
Patients will be temperature checked on admission.
Physios will wear medical grade personal protective equipment (PPE).
Enhanced cleaning protocols and infection control measures are still in place.
How FACE To FACE Consultations work
As with almost everything, our processes have been changed to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission.
On the day of your face to face appointment
Please arrive wearing a face mask or covering and wear it at all times whilst you are in The Lansdowne Club.
You should arrive at the clinic at The Lansdowne Club on your own, if at all possible.
Please bring any water / drinks that you may require during your treatment session.
Your physio session
Your physio session then takes place in our treatment rooms which have enough space to allow social distancing. Please maintain social distancing unless you are having physical treatment.
Your physio will be wearing PPE in accordance with Public Health England’s advice.
All surfaces are cleaned between appointments.
Your physio will rebook your next session or you can book online via our website.
Our admin team will still be available Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, for all invoicing and booking queries.
