Specialising in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, Kara qualified from The Royal London School of Physiotherapy, then went on to complete a Masters in Manipulative Therapy at the University of Queensland. She’s particularly interested in spinal problems – especially the influence of spinal (core) stabilisation in relation to other conditions (such as sports injuries).
An extremely motivated therapist, Kara continues to update her skills by attending courses and conferences both nationally and internationally. She’s also been involved in lecturing small groups and giving presentations, and she has close links with international Olympic Team physiotherapists.
Kara treated me for pain in my right leg. As a nervous patient, I found her to be very understanding of my concerns, giving reassurance at all times. I would thoroughly recommend her.

I have been treated by Kara for 4 months for a very painful neck that just wouldn't go away. Over that time we have worked together and I am now feeling in a lot better shape. My movement has returned and I am a lot happier. Kara is very professional, knows when to crack the whip and also has a great sense of humour. I would recommend her to all.

Exceptional in my treatment and rehabilitation from a Lisfranc Fracture and Syndesmosis ankle rupture. Kara’s research, listening, empathy and ownership of my goals for recovery were excellent. She goes the extra mile explaining treatment, homecare, and the reasons behind it.
Understanding my own rehabilitation plan is of great importance to me and Kara plugged into that need and executed accordingly. My injuries are rapidly healing because of her proactive treatment, and she is an integral part of my speedy recovery.
